Ah yes, you cannot use shaders for now, I forgot that. Yeah, no more pause with shaders, has they will be precompiled at load.

Another fear which i have, that with shaders, fps will drops.

Before, i thinking that shaders are offload cpu , and only use GPU, which will give more fps, but in reality, the most games i try (not gl4es ones, but just any), the more it looks strange for me: when game use shaders, it mean most of time fps drop. Strange..

It depend on the shaders and if the game is GPU or CPU limited. Difficult to say. The shaders used by gl4es to emulate the fixed pipeline are quite optimized, but I doubt this game will be GPU limited, so I don t think it will make a difference for now. Maybe when all effect will be enable (like all shadows), it can, but for now, it cannot be enabled anyway.

Are they fast? With gl4es and LIBGL_BATCH 10 it may be faster

Btw, is it possible to compile gl4es with necessary LIBGL envirovements be set by default ? For example, if i found that TORCS/SpeedDreams are faster with LIBGL_BATCH 10, can i build special gl4es version for them, where that LIBGL_BATCH will be 10 by default, and users will have no needs to set it manually ?

Pré-compile shader? You mean the weird pauses on the first Play?

Yeah, i mean those pauses. If i remember right you say that if use their real shaders, there will be no pauses, as it will be precompiled at begining, right ? Or there is anyway will be pauses with and without shaders ?

As i understand before, those pauses will be gone, if frinking shrark s real shaders will be in use, so i thinking to fix them to work on nova, so no pauses will be , right ?
